The disturbing thing about it, this person looks like the average Joe, at support group here and there, reaching out, having a presence and yet still suffereing silently..... I feel as though that could potentially be me one day. thank God Im in a place where I can call upon my stapler peeps when I am flatering... and JUST FIX IT! But Im afraid of if one day, I dont admit it anymore and decide to suffer silently....
I didnt mean to take your thread to a deep place, but what do we do when we simply dont mind food being around anymore? When we dont miss food at all? But we do miss feeling good by putting substance into our bodies?
(Everyone one run out and get a therapist quick! lol)
Thanks again Stacie, this was very thought provoking for me after I went to the website and started reading...maybe I should have been at the group to ask the therapist these questions. Ciao Bella!
