Remember the less you weigh, the less calories you burn.....that fact has just barely hit me.....sucks. But even on weight watchers, the less you weigh the less points you have...1200 calories seems like a lot to me even if you are eating good stuff. All that being said 3500 cals equals a pound and resting at your weight you burn aprox 1800-1900 cals a day so if you are exercising you are burning much more so I say your body is at a point it is saying wow back, slow down, what the heck!!! I'll just bet your not done yet. Keep up the good work and I bet it'll go......
