Please. I feel terrible. I actually went back to the habit of night-eating binges.
I was super super stressed all night writing a 10-page paper. I cannot beleive that I have fallen back to the problem that once made me so obese.
I basically got only 2 hours of sleep last night while writing this stupid term paper that is due March 20th.
I stayed up all night eating and eating high calorie foods....i prolly went through 4-5 atkins advantage bars and a whole bag of 100-caLORIE popcorn.
I feel so stupid and angered at myself. I bascially consumed around 1000calories just last night while writing my paper. I NEED Support
