i totally had to up my protein as far as making sure i was taking it in through out the day. sometimes it gets super annoying though having to always think about it. i did find this one website (lifeauthority.mychoices.biz) that has a lot of different protein products that i like. they even have a cookie that has 11 grams!!!! cant say no to that! you havve to login as guest down in the bottom left corner of the homepage to get started. anyway hope this helps as too maybe offering some different tasty options to you dont have to pull over again!
