I had a hair appt. 2 weeks after surgery, told my hairdresser then that it may start thinning soon. I'm already thin on top (heriditary), so we altered my style just a bit that day, by keeping it a bit longer on top. If by punked you mean spiked, that shows thin hair off worse. Been there, done that, regretted it. Never heard of the Biotin though, it's good to know. Thanks!
