I don't get nausea, but then again, I don't ever wait too long to eat. I eat on a schedule. Sounds strange, but even before surgery, I'd get shakey and lightheaded if I didn't eat...and I never could do the Atkin's diet because of that feeling. I always eat breakfast and/or drink protein shake/Starbucks. Then I eat again around 12, and have a snack around 3 or 4, then I have a small dinner around 7:30-8pm when I get home from aquasize. I haven't lost as much as you have, but I am doing well and feeling good. I eat quite a bit and am still losing, although it's slower now, but that's okay!
I have the hair loss also. It started at 3 months and 2 weeks out. I have one of those hair catchers in my shower drain, and it's alarming when I see the hair in that thing after my shower!

Yikes! I did buy some Nioxin..it's supposed to help. I have thick hair, so haven't noticed any difference in my appearance. I feel I'm doing everything right, but it's one of those things that happens to most everyone. I haven't seen anyone go bald yet...they say it comes back. I'm just trying to use the Nioxin and I'm going as long as I can without coloring it.
