Anything I could get my hands on!
Lots of Fast Food, extremely high in Calories and fat,
Lots of Carbs, (pasta, rice, potatos)
Lots of Candy ( I would snack on it all day at work)
Large Fountain Coke once or twice a day.
Starbucks Frappacinos
Big old bowl of ice cream everynight before bed.
And I always felt like I was starving. Isn't that amazing.
For the first time in my life I feel like I am in control of my eating and don't feel like I am starving to death.
Life is great!
