This is designed to get us moving, ladies and gentlemen, and the more we move, the better we'll feel. But make it fun! Don't forget to look at where 100 miles along your path will get you, and 200, and so on. I'm looking forward to seeing the sights...

Of course, for you Angie, a couple hundred miles is going to put you smack dab in the Atlantic...but you could stop by the Azores on the way over to New York...
