Default Sorry I missed this, I've been busy...

Bikram kind of worries me, simply because it's so dehydrating. For those who don't know, Bikram yoga is an intense yoga program practiced in rooms that are heated up to 100-115 degrees. I've always disagreed with artificially sweaty exercise--including wearing what they used to call sauna exercise gear, which is basically a plastic suit that makes you sweat.

Considering our susceptibility to dehydration, I would worry about this one a bit. If you do decide to try it, make sure you hydrate very, very well before and after.

You probably got so few answers 'cause most people didn't know what you were asking about...
