Yep, I was going to suggest cheese and milk products. Beans are great, but if you're worried about carbs, don't go there... so try some edamame. Very easy to prepare and are a munchy type food - good source of soy protein and with some coarse sea salts, delish!

Also, like Denise, I love the South Beach lunch wraps - they are the only boxed type quick foods that I tolerate and enjoy and the three varieties that I eat are all high in protein and very fulfilling - sesame chicken is my fave. Good luck finding something new - I will be burnt out on the wraps soon enough (happened with refried beans, eggs, edamame), so I will be going for something else too.
