How about shrimp? They are very high in protein and can be cooked a variety of ways. Lean ham also has quite a few grams of protein. I have 3 slices of ham w/1oz of lf cream cheese. That combo has 14g of protein and only 2 carbs. I know you said you are over meat, but here's a recipe for chicken that is yummy that might help you. 3oz of finely chopped chicken, 1/4 cup of DaVinci Roasted Garlic and Onion spaghetti sauce, 1/2 tbsp of parmesan cheese all mixed together. It has 22g of protein and 7 carbs. Like you, I am somewhat carb-phobic. I try to keep my carb count to under 25g a day.

Sidenote: I'm going to be sending about 5 of your vials to LoriAnn on Monday if she still wants them. I'm getting so much protein from food (chicken, lots of chicken) that I'm not using them anymore. But they did help so much when I wasn't getting in my protein. Good luck with your protein!
