Default string cheese

Low-fat dairy of all kinds. Dairy is where I get most of my protein - cottage cheese for breakfast and string cheese for lunch, both low-fat. I'm horribly lactose intolerant in terms of milk or yogurt, but I know a lot of people use them as protein sources. For some reason, cheese doesn't bother me, although I do chew sugar-free Fiber Choice tablets at least once a day to keep things moving...
