I have lots and lots of chicken but I know that doesn't sit well with some peoples pouchies. I also eat a lot of beans of all varieties. Chilli is another lifesaver. I can't have protein drinks - they make me totally ill so you've just to go fit in as much protein as you can whenever you can. Also worth drying the protein bars - the peanut butter one is my favourite!
