15 minute jog/run on the Treadmill
30 reps on the bench press
30 reps on leg press
30 reps on leg lift
30 reps on leg curls
25 reps on some weird machine that works my inner thighs
30 reps on a machine where I pull a bar down (sorry some of these aren't more technically named, but I just sort of found stuff I liked and that worked areas I need

)
30 reps bicep curl
30 reps on a tricep machine
60 reps on ab crunches
60 reps on freaky back machine
20 more reps on bench
if I'm up to it
35 minutes on the eliptical to cool down
