I have a protein bar for afternoon snack (around 3 pm), and some stir fried noodels with beef, little corns, broccoli, and red bell pepers for lunch. I don't know how much protein that has but my bar has 15 grams, and 170 calories. I useually only eat half of it, so I will have the other half tomorrow.
I also can't wait for the sushi. I like tuna.................yummy!!!
