LoriAnn, first I would like to say this really helped me as well. I have been struggling with working out and being consistent. I am just over 2 months post op and not working out consistently has made me feel like a failure. So to see everyones answers has really helped me as well. So thanks for posting.

When did you start working out consistently? Still Working on it.
What is your workout? Exercise bike mostly. Have tried the stability ball, yoga and walking, trying to start with weights as well
How often do you workout? working on getting in 5 days a week most often though I am doing about 2 - 3 days a week low intenstity
How long do your workouts last? I started out with about 20 minutes but trying getting at least 30 minutes to 60 minutes
How often do you change your routine? All the time, can't figure out what to stick with
What do you use as motivation to keep working out? Toning up, losing weight, feeling better Huge struggle for me to find the motivation
I wish I was consistent. They say it takes a while for something to become automatic. I dream of the day that exercise is just automatic to me.
