Water is important to help flush out your system. EVERYONE needs 8 glasses of liquid/water a day..for us even more important to keep hydrated.
Rememeber that all liquids count (except coffee). That could be soup, propel, crystal light, hot cocoa, decaf tea etc. The hot cocoa saved me early out and its a protein sourse too!
