How about
Try drinking water when you start to get that " hungry" feeling . Now is the time to use your "tool" . I haven't tried any " sugary" type food knowing that was my downfall to begin with. My biggest problem is carbs, my latest "obsticle" is triskets crackers ( low fat) I try to keep a glass of water or s/f tea next to me so I am constantly sipping. How about some s/f jello or pudding ? Maybe some cheese , low fat of course. I also like Light and Fit Yogurt. They boast 60 calories. Just some suggestions.
