Default Prayers for a stranger

Hi guys,

For those of you that believe in the power of prayers, please send them to this lady I am about to tell yous about.

A friend of mine at work told me about her daughters best friends mom, she is 5 feet tall and over 400 pounds...she could no longer look after her grandson so she decided on GBS ...in Edmonton Alberta. Well 2 weeks ago she went in, they did her surgery (and while in there turned her intestine) they forgot to turn it back....she had been okayed to go home, but by the next day she knew something wasnt right, so her daughter took her back to the Royal Alec hospital, but the machine they use for GBS is too expensive to turn on over the weekend, so they kept her in until Monday when they xrayed to find the twisted intestine, by this time, she required emergency surgery, put her under, punctured her bowel during this procedure and realized, no one had drained her stomach before the surgery, so she ended up on a ventilator (life support). The staff was very rude to her family, stating things like well if she had taken care of herself to begin with she wouldnt have needed this surgery and none of this would be happening, so if you want someone to blame, blame her. Wtf? Have they heard of compassion and understanding, guess not...she was on life support until yesterday morning, when she started breathing on her own, yay.

Her daughter thinks that two years ago when she had a surgery for her knee (but they thought they were doing a hip repair and broke her leg to get a bone for the hip, then realized they were to be doing the knee, should have been a sign not to go back there...ya think....this is the same hospital my mom went to in July to have part of her lung removed, and for preparation she had to right the word yes in a jiffy marker on the right side to make sure they got the right lung, again wtf? is wrong with our medical system.

anyway, i know what the power of positive thoughts can do, and we are the best at that on here, her story touched me and i know yous will join in on wishing her the power to heal.

thanks for listening.
