2 days a week straight cardio (3 days if I go to the gym 5 times a week):
15 mins on bike (burn 140 cals)
35 mins on elliptical (burn 600 cals)
10 mins on stairmaster (burn 105 cals)
100 crunches on stability ball
lunges with 20 lb dumbells
1 day cicuit training
15 mins bike
100 crunches on stability ball
8 excercises, 2 sets each, 20 reps per set (New York Sports Club
Expressline)
1 day weight lifting (full body)
15 mins bike
100 crunches on stability ball
2 routines that I rotate (2 sets each, 20 reps per set)
