When did you start working out consistently? A month and a half before surgery I started the liquid diet and did water aerobics, then I had surgery, then did my little walks after surgery, and when I was cleared at 8 weeks, a started back at the gym...at 12 weeks I got a trainer and haven't looked back. What is your workout? Varies - Ususally 4-5 days per week: start with 20-30 minutes of cardio, and alternate days of working arms and legs and I incorporate abs every time. Then I finish up with 20-30 minutes of cardio and stretching. One of the days, I group train, and we do some major calastenics other fun stuff that cripples you the next day How often do you workout? 4-5 days per week
How long do your workouts last? 1.5-2 hours
How often do you change your routine? All the time
What do you use as motivation to keep working out? My clothes, and the fear of gaining anything back, and right not being in the very nest shape possible for my next surgery.
Do you struggle to be consistent, or does it come easily now? Nope - it is automatic, and if something happens where I can't get to the gym, I get very pissy and antsy...and my body even aches...
Thanks!

Hope this helps
