Go Sister!
I am SOOOOO proud of you. You tell your nutritionist to strap an extra 150 pounds onto her back and do an hour a day! (Is she an exercise physiologist too? What a jerk) You are working it HARD! And believe me, when you lose the weight you will look down at your legs and say, "Where did all these muscles come from?"
Do make an appointment with a personal trainer for a good circuit though - you can hurt yourself if you don't know what you're doing. I went in to my trainer weighing 288 and he's been with me every step of the way - don't know what I'd do without him!!
But more than all this - you know you have made the biggest change in your life - the change that will reclaim your health and vitality. You will feel strong and look strong and BE strong, inside and out. You are taking charge and I know it feels great! You deserve it!! Way to GO!! (Gina does impromptu butt-shaking dance around computer chair in your honor)
