I think an hour a day is too little, but then again I am younger than most of the people who post here. When I first joined the gym I hated it and only stayed 40 minutes, but I got into a routine and I have noticed that the more I go the more energy I have and the better I feel. I just think once you find your own routine stick with it and you can easily get up to an hour a day. Its worth it too. I love the gym it sorta relaxes me when I go to the gym and come home and I feel so much better.
