Okay, my first two days were 15 minutes and 22 minutes. Day one (Friday), I did 15 minutes on the treadmill. Day two (Saturday), I did 5 minutes on the recumbent bike, 15 minutes on the treadmill, and 2 minutes on the elliptical (NOT going there again for quite a while!). I took Sunday off and went back last night. Last night, I did 10 minutes on the recumbent bike and 15 minutes on the treadmill, so I did 25 minutes total! I am going at lunch today and I am aiming for AT LEAST 30 minutes. I know I can do it! I'll do 15 on the bike and 15 on the treadmill. I met with my nutritionist yesterday and she said I should be doing 45 minutes to an hour daily. ugh! I told her I joined the gym and I was working my way up, but that right now I can't even imagine doing an hour. I mean, I'm shrinking but I do still weigh 379! I am proud of my 25 minutes yesterday, no matter what the nutritionist says! Yeah, me!
