You will love the gym! I just joined Gold's Gym in January. I'm very happy I did! I take water exercise a few times a week, and do the treadmill on the other nights. I take a day off here and there too! I'm not going to be doing any bikini modeling any time soon...but I feel healthy, and am trying to tone up what I can as I'm losing!
