Chin up girl. It'll happen. more protein and more water are generally good. But on the other hand, you are working out like crazy and it sounds like you are eating right. How are your clothes fitting? Still getting smaller? Muscle tone shaping up? Remember that it's not just about a number. It's about the body and how it's functioning as a whole. Do you feel better with more mobility? Don't focus on the one place where the process isn't at where you want it. Focus on the positive, which sounds weird even as I say it but I still think it's good advice. Focus on the good stuff and everything else here will work itself out.
