One of the most variable things I have seen here is how the different doctors recommend vitamins. By one month, your stores start getting depleted. A flinstone is good for someone without a bypass. It is not enough of the right vitamins in a form that is absorbable. Some patients do fine on them, but absorption is unpredictable. I personally take a bariatric multivitamin. They are not expensive and come in chewable and capsule. I get it from wlsvitamins.com along with b12 sublingual.
Whatever your body is telling you, listen to it. It will revolt if you don't!!!
