It happened to me too Rene. I felt good until week 3 and was so proud of myself and was thinking........."this is gonna be a breeze"...and then I woke up one day around the 3rd week and was like...."geeezzzzz, I'm don't feel so hot". All I wanted to do was cry because I felt so bad. It lasted a couple of weeks and then started getting better. Just take it easy and don't push yourself. Your body is having to use its energy to take care of itself and heal, so give it time. I do worry you are only taking 1 Flintstone and nothing else. I take B12, 2 Flinstones, 4 calcium chews, Iron, and Biotin every day. B vitamins are SO important after this surgery. Maybe you aren't absorbing them with your intake. I use the sublinqual kind, so I know I'm getting it. Maybe you should call your dr. and just ask them about it. How was your Iron level after surgery? Mine was checked before I even left the hospital. Maybe you need some iron if your anemic, which does happen sometimes after surgery. Just some ideas. I hope you feel better soon. ((((HUGS))))
