It's the same way with foods, love. What went down yesterday with ease may very well cause a major ass dump tomorrow. Right now your bod is in shock for a bunch of reasons. Give her what she wants, when she wants it. Need to sleep 20 hours today? Do it. You may only need 4 tomorrow. This is precisely why our docs encourage us to take 2-3 weeks off, no matter how we feel.
Don't be a hero, that's how you get into trouble. Keep it simple, give her what she wants. If you WANT a particular food you have a better chance of it going down and staying down.
