I feel for you, I have felt pretty good, then yesterday after a good nights sleep. I got up about 7 and by 8 I went back to bed and slept for 4 more hours, and was wanting a nap in the afternoon, slept all night last night. Now today I didn't even need a nap. Go figure. I think you are right and your body is adjusting to the fat being used as fuel instead of carbs. Tim
