Default Normal or not?

Up until today I had lots of energy and everyone remarked how "well" I looked. Meaning not like someone recovering from a major surgery. Today I managed to walk the dog around the block and by the time I got home I was dragging and just haven't recovered. For the first time since getting clearance to go to the gym I didn't go. Just drained. I took a nap and thought it would help, but I'm more tired now than before.

Is my body just now catching up to the fact that it's been surviving on ~500 calories for the last couple of weeks? I did try to get in more calories today since the scale didn't move this morning. But I've been getting at least 60g of protein in since day 6 and all my water/liquids everyday. Since starting soft/pureeds on Sunday my protein has been over 70g each day. Oh and my doc just has me on 1 Flintstones chewable a day plus my main drink is Propel so the B vits should be good.

Blah! I hate not having any energy!

P.S. I first posted this in Raingirl's "no energy" thread, but reconsidered and decided to start one of my own. Sorry for the double post.
