I've been taking Welbutrin and celexa for years--ever since Celexa came out. Imagine my surprise when I had a grand mal seizure in a doctor's waiting room due to my Welbutrin dose being too high for my little 113 lb body and trying to not take Soma (muscle relaxant). So much for wanting to take less medication.

The moral is to follow the dr's advice, they really know more stuff than the rest of us. Even though all my docs know all the meds I take, this still snuck by them. Certain meds "lower the seizure threshold" and need to be tapered off.
