I'm less than two months out and I've only been eating the insides. I tried one piece once and didn't have any trouble from it, but i haven't tried that since because I'm not supposed to. The fish is just so soft and goes down so easy! I like sashimi, but I also like a combination and I can pretty much only eat the insides of one roll at this point. I got a rainbow roll at one place the other day and couldn't even eat all of the insides of that one. It was huge! Well, huge for me at least. I think I'll continue what I've been doing and just get my sushi and eat the inside of the roll. One place I go actually does have a rice-less roll, but it is only crab meat and avacado wrapped in cucumber. I like the salmon, the tuna, and the eel with avacado and cucumber. Some combination of those are what I usually eat but I wanted to try to mix it up a little. From what ya'll are saying, sounds like I should definately wait before getting any more adventurous! Thanks for the input!
