It's NORMAL but...... don't overdo it. DOn't hurt yourself. Make sure you get all your vitamins, fluids and protein in. Don't work out too hard. I know I'm ancient and everything but.. i hurt myself by working out TOO hard to lose my weight. Be careful. Don't be SO hard on yourself. It is going to happen.
