Thanks Traci!
Good advice, thanks alot, I really appreciate it. This all still so new to me, a lot of things I do without thinking. I know the right thing to do, but I may not be thinking about the right thing to do. The eating too fast and not chewing is definately one. I know the right thing, but I still don't think it through everytime I eat, so I end up eating to fast, or not chewing slowly enough, and when I swallow it hurts going down. A lot of years of doing things one way are hard to change overnight. Thanks for the reminders. The water thing is the hardest for me to understand. I have never been a great water drinker anyway, I would way much rather have a tea or a diet coke. Since both of those bother my tummy now I dont drink them and have been trying to concentrate on the water. The bad part is it is such torture. Makes it even more difficult. But, I am still working on it! Thanks again
