I know its not that way for everyone and diet and exercise are important. I feel I got extreamly lucky with my maintainance. So many times I hear people who are post-op gain weight back and for me I sit and think how the heck did they gain that much weight back. I cant do that! I would throw excess food up and not by choice. There are things I cannot eat because I will "dump". Sometimes the dumping is worth it and I will eat something I know will make me sick but I just have to have it. Thats sounds really bad I know. For the most part I eat pretty good foods. There is only so much room in my pouch so I want to fill it with good food. Now there are times I have to have my chips, nuts, choclate, cool aid, pudding and all the bad foods. I have to work today so I need to run. I am going to post my complete story in the personal section as soon as I have a chance. I am coming to San Diego April 6th-16th. I would love to come see Dr Callery. He saved my life and I would like him to see this success story. I will talk to you all soon and please look for my story soon. You all are great!

Now come on.....I call nuts and pudding healthy......just moderation.

I buy the sugar free cook&serve and use skim milk though. That's cool that it's been relatively easy for you. I am glad that you see that others struggle more.....lest you frustrate the bejeezus out of them! lol But this journey really is so different for each person. Personally, I struggle with snacking a lot. I eat fairly healthy and reasonable meals.....and I do well at the no drinking and eating rule and such. I just want to nibble a lot and have to control it. I also exercised to get to goal. This week I slacked on it because I had some kind of virus. But it has helped me a lot. I don't have many foods that I "can't" eat, but deep fried stuff kills me. Have fun today, and I'll catch your story later.
