Default Had adhesions, they still kept it as a lap surgery

I had two previous open (bikini-line) abdominal surgeries - fertility surgery in my 20s, full hysterectomy in my early 40s. I did have adhesions, but my GBS surgeon was able to clear them during my laparoscopic surgery. Everyone's different, and I would imagine it would be better to be safe than sorry.
