well today the scale dropped two pounds...I am no longer stuck in a rut,,,boy,,I was starting to get nervous...So after reading all your posts to my "stalled weight loss" post I decided to shake things up and I went and joined Curves today...did my first 30 minute workout and felt great afterwards,,,of course tomorrow, I probably won't be able to walk...haha....Thanks again for giving me words of advice and motivation...
