How does the old disco song go... Burn baby Burn! Just kidding. I did not burn them but boy did I stuff them in the trash bag to donate as soon as possible. I have been over weight for the past 10 years. I am now 32 years old and feel like I am 32 years old. No more felling like mother of the grandma. I have very fine taste so I have always dressed nice so I understand having a hard time letting go of all those clothes you paid for BUT!!!!! go to the mall and take a stroll and see what is out there. I should have owned half of Lane Bryant with the amount of clothes I owned. I am still in Lane Bryant even after dropping 68 pounds but I can now get things from other stores

I went from a 24 to a 14\16 in tops and a 16 in pants!
Back to your question. Go to the mall, Target, Walmart the thrift store what ever fits your budget and find 1 outfit you like that is your size. Buy it and go home try it on and look in the mirror. Then try on the big one. You will see you look like a different person. You will feel even more beautiful than you already are! Shed the clothes! We are evolving to new people and naturally the shopper in me says our wardrobe should reflect it.
We have to treat ourselves some time and now seems better than later. I still have 81 more pounds I want to lose but I bought this beautiful evening gown for a black ties event next week. I know I will only wear it once but I worked my bootie off to get down to a size so I could shop in the "normal person section" and you know what I did it! Forget the high price tag on the gown I feel like Cinderella.
I tell myself I will NEVER NEVER NEVER be fat again and I will not be because I know better choices and exercise and you do to. Share your clothes and be free of the fat. Don't let it hold you down.
I will be thinking about you. Good luck!
