Barb - trainer Mon Wed and Friday and cardio tues and thurs.I will do 45 minutes of cardio;up from 30 minutes
Josie - treadmill for 30 minutes 5 times this week!!

I will do treadmill for a total of 15 minutes in a day - 5 times
I will do bike for 15 minutes a day - 5 times
Cindy - walk the dog 3 times and do resistence bands twice
