This early out, pasta will hit suoer hard - I still avoid it like the plague. Stick to your proteins for now for healing and energy. Stuff like deli meats, cheeses, chili (I love Dennisons 98% FF chili with beans...I have to compete with DH in our house!!), shrimp, talapia, salmon, tuna, chicken. Introduce carbs later and only in small amounts to see how your pouch feels and how you feel. Now is the perfect time to get to know your pouch...and to love and respect it and what it does for you
