kk.. can they be wimpy goals? lol.. When Im post-op I wanna play... but right now Im afraid to set myself up for failure! Dont wanna be Boo'd! My personal goal RIGHT now.. is to do the stationary bike 5 times a week for 15 minutes.. and it sound crazy wimpy compared to some of the others.. but its just about the only excersize that doesnt make my hip scream.. (did I mention I am the QUEEN of excuses??
