You have done so well with the weight loss and all the helpful info you give to members on the board.

I love your idea of keeping a monthly journal of progress. My surgery is in less then 2 weeks I better get to work now on those "before" pics I hope that by this time next year I have your kind of success (oh and moving away would be a wonderful thing I hate where I live
