This is a must in my eyes. I just got back from a killer workout and I have no where to talk about it
I keep a workout diary as im sure others do. It just stinks we have a section for everything but, workouts and excercise.
I know im not the only one about fitness and exercise on here. What do you guys think?

You must have SOME place to talk about it.. because I know you had a 2 hour workout.. 8.5 miles of goodness..

I think most people put workout stuff in the general section.. When I have searched for it, there and post op are hits.. I think excersize section is a good idea... mostly because at my stage.. hearing about 2 hour workouts makes me feel like a lump lol..
