You are so cute. The key is to sip... all day long... never stop. It's going to be so hard to stay hydrated these first few weeks so just SIP SIP SIP. Always have a cup in your hand and make yourself do it. Don't forget to walkwalk walk too! I just did laps around the living room every hour. Congrats on making it to the losing side!
