Beth, I did try these and they were fantastic. I mixed the oatmeal in the food processor (I used two weight control pkg, banana bread, cause they have more protein, and made up the difference with reg oatmeal, @ 1/4 cup) then I added the cheese and eggs right in the processor and worked great! I didn't add the splenda or seasonings because the oatmeal had that in it. I got 5 large pancakes and ate one with a little peanutbutter and sugar free syrup, I plan on freezing some to try it. My counts were a little different than yours, I got 65protein and 888cal for the whole batch divided by 5 = 13p and 178c.
