Congratulations and take it easy Elaine!! We don't want you to injure yourself by going gung ho or anything. I know from experience when you first start seriously working out it's easy to over do.

Bonnie: How long did you wait to go to water aerobics? I'm currently going a few times a week and will want to start back as soon as possible. My surgeon said to wait at least 2 weeks or until the incisions are completely closed (duh, like I'd want to get in a pool with open wounds!). Just wondering how far out you were when you went in and still felt it was rough on your incision.
