i would be too scared to try the test too, but there are peeps that have "fallen off the wagon (pouch rules) that may want to do this, maybe it would give them a check in with their pouch to see the size and maybe they could start measuring their foods again, knowing that info that others have said, the sizes, lemons and limes and such is a good visual though, hopefully that helps some people out there
