Here is what Kelly told me
The pouch starts out the size of a ping pong. It slowly stretches to the size of a lime. Eventually, it stretches to the size of a lemon which is a matured pouch. I would never do the cottage cheese test because like Marie I would get sick...yuck. I really don't care what size my pouch is...I just want to make sure it works and I am not throwing up food. As long as I follow the rules and things go smoothly, it is all good.
