I use 24 hr but everything I do can be reproduced at a home gym.
A leg shot. Pre TT and a year later on the side by side. I only gained 5 pounds in the gym but the fat loss is obvious. 170 on the lt and 175 on the rt. Threw in the before photo in 98 with the ex (hard to crop her out lol). Including a link to that woman's sight. Nice guns on her. lol

The protein loading was a big deal for me also. When I first started working out i was really getting beat up until I started supplements.
The biggest deal is that this is a body I have never known. I was always obese. Even in High school I wrestled at 200 pounds in 9th grade. Right now I have a 32 in waist. I think I was a 36 in 6th grade. I never knew I could get these kinds of results. It just isn't something I had ever experienced so how could I? It's a little freaky sometimes and overwhelming.
